Is my website mobile ready?
Yes. All of our websites are built to function beautifully with mobile devices.
Will you write all of the content for my new website?
A misconception in website design is that the designer is responsible for writing your content. As a design company, we will deliver a beautiful website. However, you will be responsible for providing us with the content for your pages. Your initial design will be made up of filler text until you provide us with final content. We do offer content writing services. Be sure to ask your representative about our paid content writing service.
Does my website include images?
We will design your website using royalty free images from our library. However, to give your website a personal touch, we recommend that you provide us with images of your business and your team.
Does my plan include Solsites Sales Funnels?
Solsites Sales Funnels are an add on. If you opt to work with us, we can add and design your funnel for you. For an added cost, we will write the copy and even produce video(s).
Does my plan include email?
No. Solsites does not provide email. You can use your registrar to set up custom emails for your domain.
Am I locked in to a long term contract with SolSites?
No. We hope to be working with you for a long time but we do not believe in locking our customers to long term commitments. All we require is a 30 day notice and your website will be removed and you will no longer be billed.
Will I be able to edit my website?
Your plan includes free updates by our team. We do this to minimize the risk of changes being made by mistake that cannot be undone. If you have a team member who is web savvy and you feel comfortable making updates, we can provide training. You will then have access to your client portal where you will be able to make edits to your website. However, before making changes that cannot be undone we suggest you contact us for assistance.
Can I add videos to my site?
Yes. We can embed videos from sites like YouTube and Vimeo. If you do not have a video, our sister company produces animation and live action business videos.
Do you need full access to my domain registrar?
No. Once your site is ready to go live using your domain, we will provide you with the necessary records to add to your domain. If you need help with this we can help you.
How long will my website take to be set up?
Each project is dependent on client needs and response times. If we get everything we need and have a clear understanding of your overall vision, your website will be ready to review in about a week.
